Danielle Cox is a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body Pilates. She also holds a certification in Stott Total Barre, and currently pursuing her Core-Align Certification through Balanced Body. She has been a student of Pilates for many years, and quickly became interested in teaching after it changed not only her fitness level, but the way she approached fitness through mindful movement. Danielle is excited to share her love of Pilates with her clients!
