Pilates

Originally known as “Contrology”, Pilates as developed by Joseph Pilates is the coordination of breath and movement using flow and precision, thus bringing together the mind, body & spirit. You’ll develop overall strength and flexibility, plus a stronger core to improve posture via a healthy and flexible spine, which brings the body into uniform development. Evolve is a fully equipped studio that teaches the classical Method.

TRX

A specialized form of suspension training using a portable strap system that was developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick. TRX develops strength, balance and core flexibility simultaneously, leveraging gravity and one’s body weight to complete the exercises.

Revolve

Our version of indoor cycling! Come ride with our musically enthusiastic, upbeat instructors in our custom studio that rocks an awesome sound and lighting system! You’ll feel stronger head to toe through an emphasis on proper core engagement throughout the ride.

Barre

The Barre method uses low impact isometric movements coupled with strength training techniques that are designed to strengthen and tone your body. This hour long class focuses on specific exercises isolating the upper and lower body muscle groups while engaging the core throughout the entirety of the movement. Think of it as an hour long abdominal class!
